Shaping Futures with AI

A new core course at IE Business School. Its premise is that the interesting question is not how to add AI to an existing process, but how to redesign the work around it.

Students take a process as it works today and redesign it with AI at the center, looking at it through four lenses, one per session: tools and roles, context, workflow, and harness.
